We are a non-profit organization uplifting high school student-athletes and families in Southeast Coastal Georgia.
“Creating a model of empowerment that can be replicated across communities and sports disciplines".”
The Allen Bailey Foundation seeks to be more than a beacon of hope; we strive to be a catalyst for systemic change, creating a model of empowerment that can be replicated across communities and sports disciplines.
Our goal is to ensure that the dreams of today's youth are not just fantasies but achievable realities, paving the way for a generation of leaders, innovators, and champions who will carry forward the legacy of excellence.

Allen Bailey Foundation (formerly Allen Bailey Charities) was founded in 2016 by Allen Bailey, Sapelo Island, Georgia native and former defensive end for the NFL. His dedication and commitment extends beyond the football field and reaches into communities in his hometown of McIntosh County, GA.
Our vision is to uplift youth and families toward brighter futures through community service.
Unleashing Potential Through Community, Education, and Sports
Each year we host giveaway events in support of families, including turkey drives, toy drives and backpack giveaways. Our community organized events bring families together to strengthen community bonds and share in food, fun and fellowship.
Further inspiring our youth to raise the bar, the Allen Bailey Foundation has developed a free online assessment to reveal blind spots in high school student-athletes and provide instant, actionable steps on how to improve their scholarly funding eligibility for higher learning.
Allen Bailey Foundation also started the first free youth athletic football camp in McIntosh County, where hundreds of student-athletes, from grades 6-12th, are able to train and play with some of their favorite NFL athletes.
